Winners of Mood Board Challenge April 2019

Hello friends:)

It's Rakhi  here to announce and congratulate our first ever Mood Board Challenge winners----

A heartfelt thanks to all of you who have shared your creative, beautiful and amazing creations with us to participate! Every entry was so beautiful that we truly faced tough time to select just three winners!!!

I am feeling honored to share all selected entries in form of a small gallery...although winners are just three but I truly feel everyone of these also a winner itself as they have courage and enthusiasm to participate and create their own space among others! Bravo my buddies, love all of you soooo much...

All three winners will get their 

amazing craft goodies from The Element Craft Studio and a chance to share a guest designer post on our blog made by using these goodies....

Here is the surprise for you all creative minds---along with three top winners, we are giving 4 appreciation prices also to 4 entries, who will also get tempting craft goodies from TECS.

Many of you were inspired by color, few by texture, few by motifs and few by season....we have chosen winners as per the most utilized elements of mood board and creativity...

Here I would like to share some facts about Mood Board Challenge---this challenge is not about sending our old posted earlier projects but to make a fresh and new entry as per guidelines of elements indicated in Mood Board to be used to make an entry. Then sharing that entry with caption of mood board challenge by tagging blog post and TECS and then sending us mail of this entry with your details... 

As this was our fist challenge so we ignored some facts but please gals, next time follow guidelines for sure while participating...

Hope, we did justice to this challenge and get ready gals for next Mood Board challenge for the Month of June....will post next challenge soon gals, keep checking!!!

Mood Board Challenge of April

Hi gals, April is here and from this month, TECS is staring it's Mood board Challenges for you all!

Finally the summers are on the board!!! Breeze is having fragrance and splash of colors....flowers are blooming and I feel like enjoying evenings in my balcony with a cup of coffee in between of my musk roses and marigolds...

Let be indulged in this splash of colors, be imaginative and creative and send your refreshing and energizing entries to win goodies bags....We would love to see your creative outcomes...

Guidelines to use the mood boards:

A mood board is a collage of various colors and textures to get inspired and to make your entries by mixing different elements. You can use these colors and textures in any way as per your imagination, just follow the theme properly.

Guidelines to Participate:

The rules to follow is just to use any paper and one more element from The Element Craft Studio and make a project. Then send us beautiful pics of your project with your name to rakhigarg146@gmail.com.  

It can be a card, envelop, layout, box, canvas, photo frame or whatever you like to choose as base. Use any paper and one other elements such as chalk paint, glitters, wooden cutouts, chipsters, flowers, twines, stencils or any other elements as per your choice.

Now send one or more pics of your project to us and voila!!! You did it!!!

Publish the project on your blog or other social media, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, twitter with a link to our site and the image of the mood board.

these challenges are a really great way for us to discover new talents and maybe some future Creative Team members.

Three winners will be announced next month's First week. All of the winner will be sent one goodies bag. 

Send pics of your creation by April 30th at the latest.

Reading with Roses --- Shabby Bookmarks

Hello Craft People 

Manasa Priya here with a quick DIY inspiration for this month's blog challenge at TECH - anything goes shabby chic using atleast one element from the Element Craft Studio.

So, as you all know I love shabby Chic style and using distressing with flowers and the likes.



That has what has inspired me to create these quick bookmarks.



Do I have taken the MDF bookmarks from the store and decoupage them with the fairyland scrapbook paper. It is full of beautiful quotes, sonnets, little fairies and I really love the prints. And it's got beautiful coordinating element sheet as well.. Which we can fussy cut.



Then I added washi tapes in the empty spaces and distressed the edges and stamped randomly to make the background a little busy. 

 And I assembled all the elements using some foam tape to give it a dimension. Now comes the star of the show, the beautiful flowers.. These are the newly launched paper flowers from RECS. Look at those pretty colors  these are super cute and goes well with any projects



I finally finished it off by adding some embellishments and stickers and ties laces over the top.
